Saturday, February 10th, begins Chinese New Year, also known as Lunar New Year or Spring Festival.

During Chinese New Year, it is tradition to give the gift of a red envelope (red is associated with luck in Chinese culture) filled with money to symbolize good wishes and luck for the new year ahead.
